This is another cool breakthrough from John Lassiter, a CGI technique enabling a hand drawn effect...combining tech and a good story line to create a great short animation. Update 2.25.13: the link I originally posted was closed after this film won an Oscar for Best Animated Short, above is a new link which unfortunately has some advertising, its worth the wait, enjoy.
